West End Recycling serves a single neighbourhood — Vancouver’s West End — with environmentally friendly junk removal and recycling. They wanted a site that turns neighbours into customers: transparent pricing, an easy quote request, and a genuinely local voice.

I built the site around one conversion path. A clear pricing table lets visitors pick a service type — apartment cleanout, locker cleanout, appliance removal and more — and sends that choice straight into a custom quote form. Customers choose a preferred date and time, with unavailable days automatically disabled in the date picker, and can upload photos of their items for a more accurate quote. Supporting pages cover estate cleanups, an appliance-removal program for apartment managers, and a community resources page listing local recycling depots.
